We offer a full range of vaccinations for foreign travel. Please come into surgery to complete the Travel Vaccination Form or you can download it using the link below.
Once completed, it must be handed back into reception so that the information provided can be assessed in order to determine what vaccinations are required (if any). Please allow at least 6 working days before contacting the surgery to find out the outcome. Please note it is the patients responsibility to contact the surgery. You can ring the surgery on Tuesdays and Fridays between 11.30am and 12.30pm to find out if you need any travel vaccinations and to book an appointment accordingly.

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible, at least 6 weeks before you travel.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in services provided by the NHS.
