ON-LINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING
If you are a patient aged 16 years or over, you can now book a routine appointment with your GP using our internet booking service. Once registered for the internet service you can also order repeat prescription items.
If you haven't registered yet you will need to download the application form and fill in your details. Once completed, email it to brownhill.surgery@nhs.net. The application form will then go through the registration process.
