Nursing Team

Samantha initially trained in Salford. She has undertaken various further courses of study.  She is mainly involved in chronic disease management, travel health, new patient medicals, and health promotion. Samantha is also a nurse prescriber. Recently Samantha was made the Clinical Nurse Lead. This role allows Samantha to oversee the day to day clinics of the Practice Nurses and HCA.

Meenaz joined the practice in September 2021. She is mainly involved with primary prevention screening, cervical smears, child immunisations and travel health.

Nazeera joined the practice in January 2018.  She completed her training at Uclan and qualified as a Nursing Associate in September 2022.  This enables Nazeera to bridge the gap in the practice between healthcare assistants and registered nurses. She carries out blood tests, blood pressure checks, new patient medicals and most of the basic patient reviews. She will also be helping out during the flu season vaccinating patients. 

Marianne joined the practice in June 2023.  She qualified as a Nursing Associate in May 2025 after completing her training at UCLan (University of Lancashire).  She carries out blood tests, blood pressure checks, ECGs, new patient medicals and patient reviews.
